When it comes to mindfulness, there should be no shortage of music.
Music, whether its instrumental sounds, pop, or even rock, if you like it, it will improve your mood.
But I believe music goes much deeper than that. Music brings people together. Music lifts spirits. Music calms you or excites you. Music induces nostalgia; it brings back good memories, bad memories, or sometimes both.
